Health Care: It maintains a health complex to give the poor people access to free health services. People from all walks of life take service from this health complex.
Care of orphan boys and girls: It takes care of the orphan boys and girls by either creating opportunity for education or helping them through other means.
Zakat Programs: The needy windows, disabled, and elderly of different communities encounter untold miseries in their lives. AAKF helps them by Zakat and other means like, for example, by providing them tools for earning money live their lives. It collects Zakat every year and distributes them to needy people. During winter seasons, it distributes winter-clothes to street children, elderly and other needy people. Twice a year, it celebrates Eid-ul-fitre and Eid-ul-azha by standing beside deprived people with clothes, foods and cash to bring smiles in their faces and make them happy. During natural disaster, it undertakes relief programs.
