A doctor in treatment of a student patient

The program on emergency treatment was arranged in April 2011 to provide health service to the poor people who are suffering from eye affects and diabetics and different diseases. As a consequence of increase in costs in health services and price hike of daily commodities in rural areas in Bangladesh poor people are not affording basic treatment from doctors. Mostly, old people are vulnerable from this situation. With this background Allama Abul Khair Foundation has decided to arrange a program to provide health service to poor people. For this it hired doctors on program basis to provide health service to poor patient, especially students from poor family suffering from various diseases. The foundation also provided medicines to the patients according the prescription of the doctors. AAKF thanks to those who came forward to implement this initiative. This foundation frequently manages healthcare for the deprived people.
